We carry out on-site maintenance, overhaul and technical assistance on steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, with very short execution and intervention times, at highly competitive prices.
We supply internal spare parts: rotor blade tips and nozzles (with special coatings and wear-resistant heat treatments), ring nuts, sealing rings, bearings and thrust pads. We restore bi-metallic and tri-metallic coatings, bearing and thrust bearings, thrust pads and sealing rings.
Our activities are carried out according to appropriate procedures, constantly updated and in compliance with international technical regulations.
The materials used are supplied by the major Italian and international suppliers and accompanied by certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical or conformity characteristics. Certificates of any additional heat treatments are also provided. All supplies are accompanied and guaranteed by accurate technical documentation. Revisions and maintenance are accompanied by accurate maintenance reports.
