MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR GEARBOXES, TORQUE CONVERTERS

We carry out maintenance and overhaul services on-site and at our headquarters at highly competitive prices on gearboxes, torque converters with very short execution and intervention times.
We supply and restore, journal bearing, thrust bearing and thrust pads using bi-metallic and tri-metallic coatings. We also manufacture gears, shafts, sealing rings, bodies from scratch. We overhaul oil pumps and their electric motors.
Our activities are carried out according to appropriate procedures, constantly updated and in compliance with international technical regulations.
The materials used are supplied by the major Italian and international suppliers and accompanied by certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical or conformity characteristics. Certificates of any additional heat treatments are also provided. All supplies are accompanied and guaranteed by accurate technical documentation. Revisions and maintenance are accompanied by maintenance reports.
